What is MERIT?

MERIT is the Workforce Registry and official system of record for early learning professionals in Washington State. It is an online system used to record and recognize the growth and achievements of the early learning field statewide.

In MERIT, you can build a professional profile to:

Record employment, training and educational accomplishments
Complete a Portable Background Check application
Find training opportunities
Manage employee records for a facility or site
Be recognized and receive awards for professional achievements
